EAGLE believes community support services are intended to meet the mental health or substance abuse needs of adults who have significant functional impairments that seriously interfere with or impede their roles or functioning in family, school, or community.
EAGLE recognizes the intrinsic worth of adults with disabilities. We believe the contributions of these persons are no less important than the contributions of other members of our society. EAGLE recognizes that these persons are entitled to retain or regain their maximum participation in society.
